Mother's Little Helper

Well, not really, but maybe? Not just mothers though. Even though I'm a mother. I think I just lost my train of thought. I really hate it when that darn train leaves me on the platform all alone and thoughtless. Ha!

I am struggling with cravings. Hugely struggling. Following lots of advice:
  • eat more fat
  • eat more protein
  • eat within 30 minutes of getting up
  • eat more carbs
  • eat less carbs
  • get more sleep (yeah, right - heh!)
  • take magnesium
  • no - that's the wrong kind of magnesium!
  • take this kind instead
  • no, that's wrong! this kind!
  • eat more often
  • eat less often
oy to the vey I say

But, this little piece of advice I did see over and over.
I'll report back.

Oh and btw - I made Pup take that damn box of Nut Goodies with him to work. He bought it at Costco last night. I nearly stole one for "later," but didn't. Why do I have to live with a sugar-maniac? {whining}.

Oh my God, I get it! Cravings suck! Usually when I get off of sugar, I get shaky and feel like shit. But it passes. Thank God it passes.

So glutamine is *another* supplement I should take??!!??! Dang.

I don't know about glutamine. have you googled it?

I take enough stuff....I just need to staple my lips together these days!

This is great for muscles...which help burn more fat. The sugar cravings are the hardest to overcome. Have you tried the natural sweetner Stevia? I's zero calories and zero grams sugar. It works, and in Japan that's what they're using to sweeten their diet drinks. I swear by it in my home...and I have one huge sweet tooth!
