Only use mine for calls with the family, so that means I'm rarely on my cell. Plus, my is an old flip phone, so nothing worth being on it for, except calls.
I caught myself checking my phone two minutes after the last time I checked it yesterday, while I was very busy doing something else. .. I said... really, Karen??....
Omg I was bad before and now I'm out of control. I got an iPhone 6 after Christmas and it's big enough to replace my iPad so I am always reading something on it. I need to turn it off! Ugh! Lol I'm thinking (seriously) about taking a transatlantic cruise and I wonder if I'll freak out about not having use of my phone!

My=mine.
Yes, I have to agree.
We're almost unknowingly snared and shackled to mobile technology.
