That's what does it for MY mood. :)<br><br>I doubt that this remedy is on your "solid plan of action," but if you're willing to give it a try, it just may work for you too. <br><br>My tried-n-true insomnia remedy: 1/3 c of Cheerios with about 1/2 c of Almond milk. I'm back to sleep within 5 mins, 10 max. But it almost works like a push-button fix.
